Keep it simple is my motto - that doesn't mean it can't be fancy - it just means don't complicate things unnecessarily.I'm not a guy looking for a cooking show or some maniac that yells & throws things (like on Tv) -- I'm just a Chef who likes a clean kitchen and does a nice job using the best ingredients available....I also help people survive and prosper in this business -

A Few Restaurant Tips
Keep your menu small and easy to manage - you can always run specials if you want to add more variety
Location,Location,Location...I can't stress that enough
Keep your costs low but pay your key employees well.They control your business..give them a reason to care..
