I have been in the hospitality industry since the age of 16 - I ran my first kitchen as Chef @ 20 and have cooked for several clients in their homes & have run several commercial kitchens in Western NY, Marietta, GA, - Fort Lauderdale, Clearwater, Boca Raton & Lighthouse Point Fl including my own cafe & catering business for 10 years in East Amherst NY. I have also waited tables, tended bar, been a butcher and helped open and run deli/market type of establishments - ServSafe Certified - I also do restaurant consulting with an emphasis on the back of the house but I also have front end experience.
I no longer cook/cater after several decades in the business.. but I am available for restaurant consulting and culinary consulting on TV & Film sets.
